Career Event (Richmond Hotels Group) Held

As part of the events organized by the Tourism Management Alumni Association of Trakya University Faculty of Applied Sciences, Mrs. İlknur Kablan Özkaya, Human Resources Manager at Richmond Hotels Group, met with students at the Faculty Conference Hall on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

The career talk, which began at 11:00 AM, covered key topics such as the role of human resources in the tourism sector, career planning, recruitment processes, and tips for achieving success in the industry. Drawing from her own professional journey, Mrs. Özkaya delivered an inspiring presentation that resonated strongly with the students.
