A Presentation on the “Finer Points of Dining Etiquette” Held at Faculty of Applied Sciences

Lecturer Sibel Selviden Albayrak, a faculty member of the Department of Tourism Management at Trakya University Faculty of Applied Sciences, delivered a presentation titled “The Finer Points of Dining Etiquette” on April 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Classroom 1 of the Faculty building.

The event was attended by students and academic staff of the Faculty of Applied Sciences. During the presentation, lesser-known or often-overlooked aspects of dining etiquette were explored in detail. Both traditional and modern dining manners were addressed, with particular emphasis on behaviors that influence service quality in the tourism sector.
